Refund requests are accepted within 7 days of the original purchase date, provided that no more than 20% of the course content has been viewed. Requests made after this period, or where more than 20% of the content has been accessed, will not be eligible for a refund.

3. Approved Refunds

Once a refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider and may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be granted for: purchases where more than 20% of the course has been viewed, requests made after the 7-day window, or cases involving misuse of the account or violation of our Terms and Conditions.

5. Access After Refund

Once a refund is processed, access to the course content will be revoked immediately.
