Refund Policy

By purchasing a course on the Marwa Saad Platform, you agree to the following refund terms. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with your purchase.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests are accepted within 7 days of the original purchase date, provided that no more than 20% of the course content has been viewed. Requests made after this period, or where more than 20% of the content has been accessed, will not be eligible for a refund.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at support@marwasaadofficial.com within the eligibility period, including your order details and the reason for your request. We will review your request and respond within 5 to 7 business days.

3. Approved Refunds

Once your refund is approved, we will automatically credit the amount back to your original payment method. Please note that banks and card issuers can take 5 to 10 business days to post the funds to your account.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be granted for: purchases where more than 20% of the course has been viewed, requests made after the 7-day window, or cases involving misuse of the account or violation of our Terms and Conditions.

5. Access After Refund

Once a refund is processed, access to the course content will be revoked immediately.

6. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Continued use of the platform means you accept any updates.

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
